Yes, vegetarian meals can be prepared and also accommodate allergies to food.

Yes, day-trip guests can book a reserved private open-air bath in advance. (*for only one group a day)
Open from 12:00 to 12:50 (50minutes)
Closed: Every Wednesday
Fee: 3,300 yen/group + 1,500 yen/person. (child: 750 yen)
Only 50 minutes per group
(Example: 2 adults using the private bath for 50 minutes : 3,300 yen + 1,500 yen x 2 persons)

Sorry, we don’t take a reserved private open-air bath book in advance for our stay-over guests.

5）Do you have Higaeri-yu ( DAY-SPA )?

Business hours: 11:30 – 14:00 (last admission at 13:30)
Closed: every Wednesday
Fee: Adult 1,500 yen Child 750 yen (Including onsen bathing fee)
Face towels and bath towels are available in the changing room.(towels are no extra charged)

Sorry, there are no shops in the hotel area.

10）I’m planning to visit, but is there a parking lot here?
Yes, we have free parking at the hotel. (*booking not required)
11）Is it possible to drive to the hotel?
Yes. Please notice that from the main road, you will drive a mountain road which is not wide. It takes about 10 to 15 min to reach us, please have a safe drive.

12）Can guests use a shuttle bus for outings when staying for consecutive nights?
Yes. It is possible to use the JR Kakunodate station round trip according to the free shuttle bus scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.

13）We would like to use the hotel laundry service.
Sorry, we don’t have laundry at the hotel.
