Notice regarding meeting points at JR Kakunodate stations during the winter season
Due to heavy snowfall, the pickup location for our shuttle bus service at JR Kakunodate station may be temporarily changed.
Currently, when you arrive, the driver will be waiting in front of JR Kakunodate station and will escort you to our shuttle bus.
We kindly thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Winter traffic restrictions
Once snowfall begins, the mountain road from the main road to our accommodation becomes restricted, and all guests are required to use our shuttle bus service.
・If you are arriving by car, please park at our affiliated parking area and transfer to our shuttle bus.

・Shuttle Bus: Advance reservation required / Free of charge
